Solution Architect

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Risk, Audit & Compliance , strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules , and solid background in SaaS, integrations and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) for our pharma partner.The role will design and govern end-to-end solution architecture, translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage vendors, and ensure alignment with Roche enterprise IT standards in a global, multicultural environment.Main responsibilitiesDesign solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business prioritiesLead cross-solution architecture discussions with developers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholdersReview existing solutions to drive continuous improvement and manage technical debtResearch, evaluate, and run proof-of-concepts for new technologies and solutionsDefine non-functional requirements and assess vendor and integration capabilitiesTranslate business requirements into technical architecture and own solution architecture documentationIdentify opportunities to optimize and improve business processesPartner with Product Managers and Enterprise Architects to define high-level solution intent and valueCandidate profileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or equivalent experienceDeep expertise in Risk, Audit & Compliance management7–10 years of experience designing and implementing IT solutionsStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform , especially IRM / GRC modules (TPRM / LSD)Experience working with SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP Cloud, etc.)Strong understanding of integration architectures (APIs REST/SOAP, ESB/EAI, MQ, point-to-point)Experience with cloud architectures (AWS and/or Azure)Knowledge of middleware, security, infrastructure, and DevOps layersAbility to create clear architectural documentation (e.g. UML)Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearlyExperience working in multicultural and international environmentsBenefitsFlexible schedules and focus on employee well-beingProfessional development support tailored to your ambitions23 vacation days (in addition to holidays) that can be chosen at your convenienceCompanyAstek Iberia is part of the global Astek group, operating across five continents with more than 8,000 employees.ApplicationIf you want to participate in the process, apply from here attaching your CV (in English) as detailed as possible and we will tell you more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
