Validate and prepare datasets for pay equity analysis, market benchmarking, and annual cycle readiness. Maintain clear documentation, version control, and audit trails to safeguard data integrity across all compensation tools and reports. Assist with the testing, validation, and structuring of data for participation in annual market compensation surveys (e.g., AON, Mercer, Radford). Ensure consistency between internal job data and external market survey submissions, escalating discrepancies to senior compensation partners as needed.
