Personas comprometidas, innovadoras, proactivas y con vocación de servicio y trabajo en equipo.¿Cuál será tu rol?El objetivo principal del puesto consiste en proporcionar asistencia técnica a los usuarios-clientes, según sus necesidades, sobre los productos-servicios (Soluciones CAD/CAM y MES/ERP). Desde el proceso de la implantación del software, formación a usuarios y resolución de incidencias.FuncionesRealización de las instalaciones y formaciones de software (CAD/CAM y MES/ERP) en entornos industriales.Implantación y seguimiento de nuevos proyectos.Recogida y análisis de especificaciones en el cliente para nuevas instalaciones / actualizaciones del software.Soporte telefónico y vía mail a clientes.Gestión de las incidencias, sugerencias y peticiones de cambio registrados en el ERP de la empresa.Reporting periódico al Responsable Técnico.Perfil ideal:Para cubrir esta posición pensamos en un perfil con:Formación técnica (IT, Ingeniería…).Se valorará experiencia en funciones similares en departamentos de soporte técnico a clientes y experiencia en instalaciones.Disponibilidad para viajar.Imprescindible carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.Se valorará nivel alto de inglés.Capacidad para comprender y evaluar las expectativas de los clientes y amplia orientación al resultado.¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?Contrato indefinido.Formato de trabajo híbrido.Flexibilidad horaria.Trabajar en una empresa referente en su sector que apuesta por la innovación de manera constante.Formar parte de un equipo de trabajo dinámico y altamente cualificado.
