About the role

As a Wealth Management Banking Consultant , you’ll be a key part of a dynamic team reshaping the wealth management industry. Reporting directly to the CRO within the Revenue team , you’ll play a crucial role in helping potential clients find tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. With your deep understanding of the industry , you’ll add real value throughout the sales process by building genuine connections with clients . You'll also be a go-to resource for the team , offering insights on industry trends and ensuring that our proposals and strategies are aligned and impactful.

What you'll do

Here are some of the things you can expect to be involved in:

  • Client advisory : use your banking expertise to advise clients and help tailor wealth management solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present solutions : deliver tailored demos and presentations that showcase our product’s ability to address industry-specific challenges.
  • Market expansion : help identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our wealth management presence in the UK market.
  • Sales collaboration : leverage your banking background to assist the sales team in understanding client challenges and translating them into tailored product solutions.
What we'd love to see
  • Experience in Banking/Wealth Management : you must have a background in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory.
  • Market knowledge : strong understanding of the wealth management markets in the UK and/or Ireland.
  • Native English speaker : fluency in English is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of Financial Products : you should have a solid understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements in the UK/Ireland markets.
  • Team player : we believe in good vibes only—no jerks allowed.
  • Strong communication skills : proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

The hiring process
