Descripción del trabajo Opdenergy es un productor independiente de energía renovable en crecimiento con presencia en Europa, Estados Unidos y América Latina, con más de 19 años de experiencia. La compañía desarrolla, construye, financia, gestiona y opera proyectos de alta calidad de energía renovable en varios países. El portafolio incluye 2,6 GW (1,3 en operación y +1,3 listos para construir / en construcción) activos en operación y construcción; el portafolio en desarrollo suma más de 18 GW. Buscamos un Senior Financial Modeller con amplia experiencia en modelado financiero avanzado a nivel HoldCo, financiamiento NAV y estructuras de U.Tax Equity, basado en Madrid o Sevilla . Responsabilidades Lead NAV Financing modeling, including cash waterfalls, covenants, dividend upstream, leverage optimization, and stress testing. Build and maintain project and portfolio-level models for BESS (stand‑alone and hybrid), solar, and wind assets across greenfield, brownfield, and operating stages. Tax Equity transactions (Partnership Flip, Sale‑Leaseback, Inverted Lease, ITC / PTC monetization). Perform scenario analysis, sensitivities, and downside cases at project, portfolio, and HoldCo level. Support the entry of financial partners and tax equity investors, including transaction modeling and documentation support. Coordinate with internal teams (Development, M&A, Asset Management) and external stakeholders (banks, investors, advisors). Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to Senior Management and Fund Shareholders. Requisitos 7–10+ años de experiencia en modelado financiero dentro de IPPs de energía renovable, fondos de infraestructura/energía o banca de inversión / financiación de proyectos. Proven hands‑on experience in HoldCo and NAV financing models, renewable assets (BESS, solar, wind), greenfield and brownfield projects, and U.Tax Equity structures. Advanced Excel proficiency, with strong capabilities in complex model structuring and auditing. Solid understanding of Project Finance vs. HoldCo Finance, key financial metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR, LLCR), and cash waterfalls and covenant packages. Fluent English (mandatory).
