You will be able to leverage your experience exercising high levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacy.Key Job ResponsibilitiesMove and implement large enterprise equipmentPatch cabling between equipmentInstall Fiber and Copper cablingEnsure proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installationFollow well established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activitiesAbility to safely use material handling tools and equipmentManage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projectsCollaboration with various stakeholders to remove project obstaclesTroubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including troubleshooting of network device configuration and low level application interactionUp to 20% travel within geographical work area is required.
