You will transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Your obsession: taking a funnel, dismantling it, and rebuilding it to convert 2x better.Your Key ResponsibilitiesOffer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched.Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t.Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands‑On). Map them out and oversee implementation.Set up tracking, check flows, ensure data integrity, and scale budgets.Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing). Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself.Proactively hunt for friction points and audit pages, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately.Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, and messaging.Channel Exploration & Scaling.
