Education:Master’s Degree in Law (MECES Level 3). Extensive knowledge of regulations concerning audiovisual communication services, particularly those related to commercial communications and user protection, promotion of European audiovisual works, and accessibility, as well as regulations on intellectual property protection in connection with audiovisual communication services. What will your responsibilities be? You will carry outtechnical legal support activities in the drafting of regulatory proposals and in the analysis and review of regulations and legislation. Tasks include theanalysis and review of regulations related to digital services and their providers, particularly regarding electronic identification and trust services, e-commerce, and Internet domain names. Regulation ofdigital platforms and intermediaries, including their responsibilities and obligations, privacy and information protection, as well as ensuring fairness and respect for the digital rights of users and businesses. Knowledge of regulations concerningaudiovisual communication services , particularly those related to commercial communications and user protection, promotion of European audiovisual works, and accessibility.
