EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST – S2GRUPOS2GRUPO, European leader in cybersecurity IT+OT , is growing. We seek an Employer Branding Specialist to strengthen employer brand, employee experience, and connect our corporate narrative to talent.ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding & Talent AttractionDesign and launch comprehensive employer brand strategy aligned with S2GRUPO identity, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and growth objectives.Build and activate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Candidate Value Proposition (CVP) for different roles and audiences.Drive talent attraction campaigns in digital channels alongside Talent Acquisition (social media, content, segmented campaigns, performance).Manage S2GRUPO presence at universities, technical schools, STEM fairs, and employment events.Create materials and experiences across all candidate touchpoints: presentations, audiovisual content, publications, and brand assets.Analyze labor market trends and benchmark to continuously evolve strategy.Communications InternasDraft and coordinate corporate communications: onboarding, promotions, organizational changes, strategic projects, culture, and events.Design internal channel architecture to ensure clear, consistent messages aligned with corporate narrative.Maintain updated internal platforms (intranet, newsletters, digital channels).Strengthen culture, belonging, and purpose through every message.Employee Experience & Talent DevelopmentCollaborate with Talent & Development to communicate training, development, and leadership programs.Support engagement studies and derived action plans.Design employee experience initiatives: onboarding, integration, recognition, culture, engagement.Organize internal corporate events.Coordination with Marketing & CommunicationAlign People Marketing with corporate brand, ensuring internal and external coherence.Coordinate campaigns, content, and audiovisual projects with Marketing.Manage external suppliers (agencies, production houses, universities, associations), ensuring quality, timelines, and budget.What We OfferA strategic role with purpose within a vital European company protecting critical sectors such as energy, defense, industry, health, and public sector.Real influence: visibility, responsibility, and decision‑making power; direct impact on culture, talent attraction, and corporate positioning.Flexible, onsite environment at La Centrifugadora , our modern office in Valencia.Flexibility and work‑life balance with flexible schedule, autonomy, and trust‑based model.Professional growth in a rapidly expanding sector with real opportunities to increase impact as we grow across Europe and LATAM.Stability and mission: solid company with a clear purpose – protecting the future of technology in Europe. Your work matters.RequirementsProfileUniversity degree in: Periodism, Advertising & PR, Marketing, Labor Relations & HR, Psychology, Sociology, ADEValuable: training in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, Branding, Culture & Talent, digital content or social media.Experience3–5 years in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Talent Marketing, or hybrid People + Communication roles.Experience creating content, leading transversal projects, and working with multiple stakeholders.Highly valuable experience in tech, engineering, cybersecurity, or consulting environments.Key CompetenciesExcellent writing, storytelling, and message construction.Strategic vision, autonomy, and impact orientation.Capability to coordinate transversal activities and manage projects.LanguagesSpanish: native or C2 (required).English: C1/C2 (required).Valuable: Italian, German, Portuguese.Seniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Technology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
