It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.Within the Group, you will join the Group Tax Department (GTD). This team includes 11 professionals plus two trainees, that are ultimately under the responsibility of the Global Head of Tax (Olivier Tourtoulou), who reports to the Group CFO. The tax analyst will report to the Group Head of Tax accounting and reporting (Thierry Sarriau), that mainly deals with tax accounting, tax transparency, and pillar 2 minimum tax topics, and reports directly into the Global Head of Tax. GTD is divided into two sub teams, one managed by Gerard, in charge of advisory activities specifically on international topics, another one in charge of tax accounting and tax transparency topics. The French tax topics remain under the direct responsibility of Olivier.Within this Department, you will be part of the Advisory tax team.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The main purpose is to contribute to Analyze Tax impacts in IFRS accounts on a worldwide scope, to prepare and Analyze the Country by Country Reporting, the transparency report for AXA Group and other questionnaires on transparency topics and to contribute to Pillar 2 (Globe minimum tax) calculation and analysisIn addition, help entities and various GIE departments to deal with tax accounting topics, help in developing and maintaining IT tools for Tax accounting needs, contribute to enhance all the compliance processes around tax transparency, contribute to enhance the process and presentation around tax accounting topicsFurther to technical topics, the role requires an appetite to work on transformation items, IA and ability to work with tools etc..YOUR PROFILEIFRS, tax and accounting skills. International tax rules, consolidation and finance skillsAbility to organize effectively while dealing with many topics at the same time and work under pressure, remaining always effective whilst maintaining excellent attention to quality and deadlines.The person must like working in international team environments, have good communication skills, a strong sense of service, pragmatic approach, good analytical skills and very focused on the achievement of results.Strong proficiency in IT tools, data base, Excel and Power point.
