Our innovative AI assistant is designed to support daily operations by taking over repetitive and time-consuming tasks, allowing our clients to focus on what truly matters. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Go Developer with at least 7 years of professional experience to join our growing team. As part of our remote-first company, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals across the globe to design and build robust, scalable SaaS solutions that transform the recruitment landscape. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Go-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and deliver new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure reliability and stability. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps. Work effectively in a fully remote setup, adhering to EU time zone working hours. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, or similar role with experience in both backend and frontend technologies. Technical Skills: Backend : Proficiency in Go technologies, and practical knowledge of internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, and XML. Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and service-oriented architectures including REST and JSON. Nice-to-Have : Experience with AI or machine learning projects.
