Hydrodynamic and coupled analysis engineer - Leioa (Bizkaia) Saitec Offshore Technologies is looking for a Hydrodynamicand coupled analysis engineer to join our team at our Leioa office. About us: Saitec Offshore Technologies, established in2016 as part of the Saitec Engineering group, is dedicated to developinginnovative and economically efficient floating platform technology known asSATH (Swinging Around Twin Hull). The company also provides a wide range ofengineering services in the offshore wind industry. In August 2023, SaitecOffshore Technologies completed the installation of the full-scale 2MWdemonstrator project (DemoSATH) in the Bay of Biscay, making it one of the fewcompanies globally with an operating full-scale floating device. Performcoupled turbine-floater-mooring system calculations in the time domain forload analysis for certification processes and design project phases. Conducthydrostatic and hydrodynamic analyses. Prepareand execute wave tank test campaigns. Studyand evaluate DemoSATH monitoring data to understand its operational behaviour. Developand maintain tools and software to optimize workflows between departments. Participatein international conferences and research projects in collaboration withindustry leaders. Degree in Hydrodynamics/industrialengineering/aeronautics or similar with a master's qualification and withprior experience in hydrodynamic and coupled analysis calculations. Experience: at least 1year of professional experience in running coupled analysis. Programmingskills in Python, Matlab or similar. C1level English (international working environment). Knowledge of applicable regulationsin the offshore wind sector, such as IEC standards, as well asclassification and certification standards like ABS, BV, or DNV .
