S&OP Technician

Position: S&OP Technician - Demand Planning INSUD PHARMA operates across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, providing specialized knowledge and experience in scientific research, development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing of a wide range of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), finished dosage forms (FDF), and branded pharmaceutical products, adding value to human and animal health. We are incorporating a new INSUDER as a S&OP Technician to join the Producción & Supply Chain team. This roll ensures the company's operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective by assisting in all demand planning duties. This role requires professionalism, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies, and acting as the integration point with the sales and commercial organization. Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans to support Customer Service and Commercial team with Demand/ POs management Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies Elaborate and monitor Forecast and Demand Planning KPIs Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or other forecasting Certification preferred. Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset. Experience (years/area): a minimum of 3 years' experience in demand planning/forecasting role, in multicultural and multinational environments. Knowledge of SAP or other software related to demand planning is preferred. Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time). Permanent contract.
