Responsibilities:

• Analyze the market and competition, quantifying and identifying risks and opportunities based on information gathered by the sales team, external studies, and interviews with key clients.
• Develop the annual promotional and communication plan for the assigned product lines.
• Analyze and monitor monthly sales, implementing corrective actions and commercial animations.
• Conduct analysis and follow-up on customer development plans, implementing corrective actions and sales animations.
• Prepare, design, and monitor market animation actions, performing cost/benefit analysis of each, ensuring efficient use of the marketing budget.
• Define selling prices for each reference in the product lines, regularly reviewing them to ensure maximum competitiveness.
• Build sales arguments for product lines and support the sales team, periodically accompanying them on visits to key clients.
• Plan monthly demand for product lines to ensure the correct stock level and guarantee the best service to our clients, monitoring and managing the product lifecycle.

Work in an international environment with direct contact with our headquarters in France, closely collaborating with the European marketing team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing.
• Experience in the automotive spare parts sector.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Office and Google tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive with strong communication skills.
