At Fedrigoni you will discover extraordinary every day.About The JobThe inbound raw material process is crucial in ensuring that a company has the materials to operate efficiently and meet customer demand. It focuses on the inflow of raw materials and goods into a facility. It is a position of great importance to our supply chain – raw material inbound – and must ensure correct delivery times from suppliers, as well as the internal management that affects production flows.The role designed for you:We interpret responsibilities in a dynamic environment that demands analytical rigor and proactive communication.Your Responsibilities IncludeYou will analyse the raw materials stock, orders to the suppliers, sales forecast and consumptions to guarantee stocks at the target level in line with the company policies, interacting with internal and external functions to ensure the respect of that level.You will manage the arrivals of the materials by maintaining the right balance between inbound materials and the demand for finished products.You will prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery times.You will monitor the order’s progress and ensure it is delivered on time and in the required quantity.You will review purchase prices with actual tariff and verify invoices to ensure they match the purchase order terms.You will maintain ongoing communication with the supplier to ensure the relationship is mutually beneficial.You will consider the analysis of the production program by identifying any shortage or surplus of raw material in advance to avoid negative impacts on stocks and on the coaters.You will collaborate constantly with Planning to ensure a schedule aligned with the availability of raw materials.You will monitor and implement performance KPIs in line with company standards.You will interact with Planning, Procurement, R&D, and Finance to achieve the set goals.The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking ForExperience in a manufacturing environment, concretely in supply chain.A related Bachelor’s degree is needed for this role (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.Experience or studies in production/manufacturing areas.Autonomous and team‑player, stable, dynamic, energetic, hardworking, and eager for improvement.Analytical and planning skills.Proficiency in Spanish and English.What you can expect from our selection process: The selected profiles will meet the Manager of Raw Material Inbound Europe and Spain and the HR team.Based in: Sant Gregori (Girona), SpainReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
