Oferta: Campaign Interaction Manager – Adobe Journey Optimizer (Remoto / Indefinido) Axpe Consulting incorpora un Campaign Interaction Manager especializado en Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) para un proyecto estratégico dentro de una entidad líder del sector financiero internacional . Buscamos un perfil técnico-operativo, híbrido entre Project Manager y experto en orquestación de campañas , con experiencia demostrable en la definición, ejecución y optimización de customer journeys complejos. Se trata de un rol 100% remoto , estable e indefinido , con la oportunidad de trabajar de manera continua con equipos multidisciplinares internacionales (UK, Europa). Modelado, depuración e ingesta de datos desde distintas fuentes, asegurando su correcta disponibilidad para la activación. Gestión de identidades y perfiles en Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) para segmentación y targeting avanzado. Administración de entornos y despliegue de paquetes (DEV/QA/PROD): assets, configuraciones, journeys y validaciones necesarias. Activación, seguimiento y optimización de campañas multicanal garantizando entregabilidad, performance y cumplimiento de timings. Inglés avanzado (C1 mínimo) , tanto oral como escrito. Trabajo diario con equipos de UK. ~+4 años de experiencia con Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) de forma continua y demostrable. ~ Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y herramientas como Jira, Confluence o Workfront . ~ Experiencia probada en configuración, validación y testing de campañas de email dentro de journeys automatizados. ~ Capacidad para gestionar múltiples iniciativas en paralelo , con alto foco en calidad y detalle. ~ Conocimientos básicos de HTML/CSS para revisión o ajustes en templates. Experiencia con herramientas de reporting como Power BI, Adobe Analytics u otras plataformas de visualización. Contrato indefinido con Axpe Consulting. ~ Proyecto de larga duración en un entorno de máxima madurez digital , con tecnologías Adobe de última generación. ~100% remoto desde cualquier ubicación en España. ~ Entorno internacional, dinámico y con equipos multidisciplinares.
