Desde el Departamento de Operaciones nos encontramos en búsqueda de talento para la posición de Facility Manager , quien liderará la gestión eficiente y segura de las instalaciones, infraestructuras y servicios generales de la empresa. Su misión será garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y adecuación de los espacios a las necesidades del negocio, cumpliendo con la normativa vigente y optimizando los recursos disponibles. Las principales funciones del puesto son: Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de edificios, oficinas y sistemas técnicos como electricidad, climatización o fontanería. Coordinar los servicios generales de las instalaciones, incluyendo limpieza, seguridad, recepción, mensajería, catering, etc. Gestionar la relación con proveedores, negociando y supervisando contratos para garantizar la calidad y el cumplimiento SLA. Elaborar presupuestos y gestionar los costes del área. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud, seguridad, accesibilidad y sostenibilidad ambiental. Planificar y optimizar el uso de los espacios de trabajo. Atender y resolver las incidencias operativas relacionadas con las instalaciones de forma ágil y eficaz. Liderar proyectos de mejora continua orientados a la digitalización, la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad. Requisitos mínimos: Formación en Ingeniería, Arquitectura Técnica, Facility Management o similar. Experiencia de 3-5 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en entornos corporativos o industriales. Conocimientos técnicos en mantenimiento de ediciones, normativa HSE, gestión de contratos y herramientas CAFM. Inglés nivel B2 o superior. Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.
