At Coonerang we are developing our own learning model, academic systems and educational products, with the goal of creating a company that can grow without losing quality.To make that possible, we are looking for a Director of Learning Design & Training Systems to join our Academic team and work side by side with our Academic Director and CEO in shaping how learning happens across the company.This is not a role to “keep things running”. It is a role to build and improve the way education works inside Coonerang.What you will be working on:Your focus will be on turning our academic vision into a clear, solid and scalable system.Together with the Academic Director and the CEO, you will:Develop and refine our teaching methodologyDesign how teachers are trained, supported and evaluatedImprove consistency and quality across centresAlign books, digital tools and assessments with what really happens in the classroomThe goal is simple: to make sure that learning at Coonerang works well today, and can work even better as we grow.Who this role is for:This role is for someone who enjoys:Building structure where there is complexityTurning good ideas into practical systemsWorking with people, not just documentsBeing part of a project that is growing and evolvingYou may come from learning design, teacher training, academic management or educational product development — what matters most is that you know how to build and improve learning systems .What we offer:A full-time, permanent roleHybrid working model (Madrid area)Initial salary of 1,500 € -1900 € gross/month , with room to growA position with real influence over how education is deliveredThe opportunity to grow with the company as the project expandsRequirements:Experience in learning design, academic coordination, teacher training or similarA structured, organised and reliable way of workingHigh level of English (native or near-native)Right to work in Spainf you want to help design and grow an education project, not just operate within one, we would be happy to speak with you.Apply now and become part of Coonerang’s academic future.
