Responsibilities include managing contracts throughout project lifecycles, identifying and mitigating risks, providing advice to clients on contractual obligations, and supporting claim preparation and dispute resolution. The role requires preparing, reviewing, and negotiating variations, claims, and commercial agreements while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
