As part of the Banking Operations group you will be part of a team of motivated professionals with the objective to ensure and lead initiatives within operational readiness, governance and improvements. You will foster synergies and collaboration throughout the company while driving initiatives that improve quality and efficiency. Oversee readiness, governance, and process improvements across Banking Operations Drive and support governance activities by monitoring adherence to processes, regulatory requirements, and risk controls Work closely with Banking Operations leadership to define and track key metrics and OKRs that shape operational success Carry the voice of the customer in collaboration with others, initiate and implement actions in order to improve the quality of services delivered to our customers Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Compliance, Outsourcing Partners, etc) to ensure smooth execution and alignment of operational initiatives Experience in banking operations, service delivery, or a related function with exposure to governance, risk, and readiness Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A professional banking education/background or a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, a related field or comparable working experience A strong analytical mindset (SQL experience is a plus) and ability to independently leverage data for prioritisation and decision making Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any other European language is a bonus Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.
