This Role is responsible for the development of assigned brand(s) through the achievement of specific growth objectives and marketing execution. To contribute to the development of category strategies and development of local brand plans and future growth foundations To manage the brand(s) within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise short- & long-term sales and profitability To develop, recommend, lead and execute local marketing plans - including local media strategy - for assigned brand(s) and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget To develop product development (NPD/EPD) projects in coordination with global departments and ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth To lead the development of local copy strategy/executions and/or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions Identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level. More than 6 years of experience in a similar role, be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills developed within an FMCG/Consumer Healthcare environment. English and Spanish proficiency. Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial, leadership qualities in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy.
