You will work on complex issues (often 3rd line) that come in from the software development department of our customers. The work includes the maintenance and improvement of Azure resources within the Azure subscription of our customers. To make sure your job stays versatile, we made sure you weeks contains room for planned and unplanned work. This way you have the time focus on the more complex issues when necessary and enjoy the diversity of the unplanned issues.You tasks will include:Resolve medium to complex incidents and perform root cause analysisAct as an escalation point for junior engineers and customer care teamsProactively identify and remediate recurring issuesEnhance monitoring configurations and address performance bottlenecksParticipate in on-call and escalation duty rotationsParticipate in team learning sessions, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Perform health checks and performance assessments of Azure environmentsCreate and review customer insight and operational reportsPrepare and lead operational review meetings with customersMaintain and continuously improve documentation for configurations, processes, and incident resolutionsIdentify trends and provide proactive recommendations to improve customer environments and ways of workingAbout usDigitization has fundamentally changed our world and technology now plays an unavoidable role in our daily lives. But make no mistake, we work hard but also get a lot of fun and success in return.What makes you a fit for this role?At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, preferably with Microsoft Azure.Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)Strong background in DevOps tools such as Helm, Open Telemetry, GitHub, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Linux.Familiarity with industry best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and automation.Solid communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.What do we offer?Competitive salary and Private health insurance coverage.€400 to set up your home office and a DeskGuru consultation to ensure ergonomic working conditions.Work in Flexible , Remote First environment with a lot of AutonomyStudy during work hours?
