This Associate Corporate Counsel will draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic contracts and initiatives with customers and partners. Typical transactions will range from standard contracts to complex, high-dollar-value strategic agreements.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills. They are enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. They are able to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate works well within a large legal team, but is also able to work independently.
We hire attorneys with experience in a variety of practice areas, including (but not limited to) litigators, general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, technical transactions, intellectual property, telecommunications, real estate, products, regulatory compliance, and privacy. We don’t expect every applicant to have experience working with cloud computing, and we are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and develop alongside our team. Most importantly, we hire smart people of all backgrounds and experiences who demonstrate leadership and sound judgment in ambiguous situations. S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,700/year in our highest geographic market.
