About MANEMANE is a global, family-owned leader in the flavors and fragrances industry with over 150 years of expertise.The company combines creativity, science, and craftsmanship to create innovative fragrance solutions for clients worldwide.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Manager Consumer Goods with at least 5 years of experience , ideally within Fabric Care and/or Air Care, to drive strategic marketing initiatives and support the growth across these key categories.You will transform consumer insights, market trends, and olfactive expertise into compelling concepts and impactful presentations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a key reference for Consumer Goods categories, supporting marketing team developmentIdentify growth opportunities in these categories.Deliver tailored marketing solutions aligned with client objectives & category dynamics.Translate trends & consumer insights into actionable strategies.Coordinate smelling sessions of CG productsCreate fast, trend-driven conceptsCreating a global marketing network across MANE affiliates to share best practicesWork closely with sales, evaluation, perfumers, ingredient & R&D teamsQualifications5+ years of marketing experience in a Fragrance house for Consumer Goods, ideally in Fabric Care, Air Care, or Home CareAbility to turn insights and trends into concepts and presentationsExcellent communication skills and curiosityStrong interest in perfumery, consumer goods, and new technologiesComfortable working in a dynamic, international environmentFluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English
