Senior Revenue Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Analytics team within Revenue Operations. This role is a key interface between business stakeholders and our data development team. You will be responsible for translating business questions into clear analytical requirements, building scalable reporting solutions in Power BI and Salesforce, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the revenue organization. Serve as a liaison between GTM stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps) and the data development team to understand, document, and prioritize analytics needs Translate business requirements into clear, detailed specifications for data and reporting solutions Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure accurate and efficient reporting within Salesforce and related tools (e.g., Salesforce Reporting, Einstein Analytics) Proactively analyze trends and performance across the revenue funnel, identifying key insights and areas for improvement Ensure reporting consistency, data accuracy, and KPI alignment across systems and teams Support ad‑hoc analysis and executive reporting needs with high quality, speed, and precision Contribute to the evolution of our data strategy, tooling, and analytics processes 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, revenue/sales analytics, or similar roles in a SaaS or B2B tech environment ~ Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, and Power Query) and Salesforce reporting (reporting, dashboards, and basic SOQL understanding) ~ Strong data storytelling skills – ability to extract insights from complex data and present them in a clear, compelling way ~ Experience collaborating with data engineering teams and understanding data architecture and pipelines ~ Experience with SQL, Excel, or other analytics tools is a plus We provide remote and hybrid working options to fit all lifestyles We use flexible hours across most of our teams to allow you to find your own definition of balance We are a global team of 600+ colleagues, spread across 15 countries on four continents ~ Innovation and excellence run through our veins.
