Overview We are looking for professional bus drivers to work with leading public transport companies across the Netherlands. Join a team where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely travel for passengers. If you’re an experienced driver or have at least 1 year of experience, we offer excellent working conditions, thorough training, and career growth opportunities Responsibilities Act as a welcoming host/hostess during bus rides, assisting passengers Drive normal and/or electric buses in all conditions Ensure passenger and road safety at all times Sell digital tickets (optional) Report traffic conditions, occupancy, road issues, or defects Perform daily vehicle checks (oil, water, air levels, route setup, tachograph settings, etc.) Requirements Nationality: EU citizen / EU work authorization in the Netherlands Driving License: Valid EU Category D license Certifications: Valid Code 95 + Tachograph card (must be arranged in your home country if not acquired yet) Experience: Minimum 1 year in the last 3 years Background Check: Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) required later in the process Salary & Benefits Hourly Wage: From €16.30 (depending on experience & client CLA) Overtime: Paid weekly + shift allowances for irregular hours Estimated Net Salary: Starting from €2,600 per month up to €3,200 Housing: Costs between €0 - €112 per week, private room in a shared house Accommodation: Within 45 minutes travel time by car Car rental (optional): €75/week (own or rental car required) Travel to the Netherlands: At candidate’s own expense Application steps Interview with TCS Recruiter – Initial discussion on process & position Psychological Assessment (optional per client) – Digital test to assess suitability Client Video Call – Short WhatsApp video call with the employer Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) (optional per client) – Required later in the process Planning Arrival in the Netherlands – Travel coordination Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
