We're a luxury boutique hospitality concept on Marbella's Golden Mile blending a 5-star hotel, destination restaurants & bars, a holistic wellness centre, and a curated social calendar into one distinct lifestyle universe.Design matters. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take the reins of Boho Club's marketing engine and help drive visibility, engagement, and performance across all channels.You're organised, digitally fluent, brand obsessed (in a good way), curious about AI, and confident juggling multiple channels while keeping everything beautifully on brand.Digital & Content Direction Lead and coordinate social media strategy and content across all Boho Club outletsSafeguard and elevate brand consistency across every digital touchpointCollaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (photo, video, agencies)Website, SEO & AI Discovery (GEO)Optimise our websites for UX, conversion, SEO, and AI-driven discoverabilityCoordinate updates and improvements on WordPressEnsure content structure supports both human users and LLMsCoordinate with external agencies running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and moreAlign paid campaigns with brand positioning and commercial objectivesTrack performance and actively contribute to optimisation discussionsCRM & Email Marketing Own and grow our CRM ecosystem (HubSpot)Maintain clean data, smart segmentation, and meaningful performance trackingReporting & Performance Define, track, and report on key xcskxlj marketing KPIsWork closely with Sales & Marketing to turn data into actionContinuously improve how marketing work gets done: faster, sharper, smarterQualifications Solid experience in digital marketingSocial platformsMeta (Facebook & Instagram)WordPressA natural feel for brand, aesthetics, and digital best practicesExperience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brandsHubSpot / CRM experienceSEO & content optimisation know-howPractical experience using AI in marketing workflows#J-18808-Ljbffr
