At ING we are looking for a Tech Strategic Sourcing Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Tech Sourcing Expert to join our new Strategic sourcing and Workforce area in the Center of Expertise Governance & Operational Excellence in the CIO domain. The responsibility of this team is ensuring ING is in control of all its sourced Tech activities and our goal is to define a holistic approach for our tech Workforce (internal, externals and Hubs) and define and follow up our sourcing strategy with our internal and external tech partners. Your key responsibilities: Collaborate in the definition of a holistic Tech workforce strategy, determining the appropriate staffing levels. Ensure operational processes in place are followed and management information is gathered and assessed to take proper decisions. Analyse our technological needs and make sure they are satisfied by both Global suppliers and 3rd parties, meeting our high-quality standards. Overview and escalate dependencies with global projects and/or key external capabilities. Maintain financial control and budget supervision for all our sourcing activities, with focus on key outsourced technical services and Intercompany. What are we looking for? Successful candidates will be autonomous and good team members. They will quickly adapt to work in a fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are essential. Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Management preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English. Proven IT Vendor management skills will be a plus. What do we offer?
