This position is critical in aligning with EMEA strategic priorities and business goals to enable business growth across the Southern Europe (SEUR) region. The Digital Marketing Specialist SEUR will drive the digital marketing strategy for France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This person will create and execute the digital programs, including analytics setup, lead generation workflows and lead follow-up by sales, prospect nurturing strategies, and channel and end-customer engagement initiatives. Your main activities will include: Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution Implement and optimize EMEA campaigns in SEUR Develop and implement integrated digital marketing programs across channels Create together with the team the SEUR digital roadmap, best practices and programs Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies by refining key touchpoints in the marketing funnel Understand how the right customer data and integration enables smarter and more efficient marketing Coordinating and monitoring digital lead generation activities Data Analysis and Reporting Measure lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to ensure continuous improvements and ROI Monitor all activities, create custom dashboards and suggest actions for improving campaigns Optimize conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads to the sales team Monitor and report on competitive digital performance and activities Digital Marketing Education and Vendor Management Oversee the digital marketing budget for the SEUR region, ensuring resources are allocated effectively Drive education and upskilling of digital competencies within SEUR, serve as Axis platform expert and schedule periodic trainings Evaluate the needs of the market and research customer trends WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a driven and self-motivated team player with high ambitions and an ability to act efficiently. We see that this person has a strong analytical, data driven and precise mindset and great understanding of the marketing profession. The person needs to have the ability to manage time and prioritize. Great communication and collaboration skills are key when working together with the SEUR marketing and sales team, but also within the EMEA organization. Moreover, we are looking for someone who is aligned with the Axis Core Values Apart from this, we would like you to see if you have/are: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing in the B2B sector Proven record of driving business growth, lead generation, and meeting KPI’s Have strong expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Sales Navigator Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken) It will be an advantage if you have/are: Experience working in the IT or security sector Fluent in French or Italian WHAT CAN AXIS OFFER?
