As a result, industries around the world are more productive, safer, and more sustainable.Your roleAs part of the R&D department, you will be focusing on developing next-generation solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).Your main focus will be the user experience of our web-based cloud platform I-see.Our software products are built in-house by our teams in Belgium, Spain, and Poland.Together with our product owner, you analyze market and user data and interview customers to identify and solve UX problems.By collaborating with the entire product team you will explore opportunities, define user flows, and aim for rapid prototyping.Collecting feedback and iterating on prototypes, we inch our way toward wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that align with our brand and identity.As the design leader, you contribute to our product vision, help maintain and evolve our design system, and push for a consistent implementation.Our perfect profileYou are fluent in English communication.You are passionate about providing design solutions to functional problems.You are highly empathic and an excellent communicator.You feel comfortable leading user research topics (e.g., usability testing).You have proven experience in problem-solving approaches (e.g., design thinking).You are proficient with Figma for prototyping and interface design.You understand how to design high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software products.You are familiar with frontend technologies (HTML pages, CSS, Javascript, etc.).You keep a strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work.What I-care offers you?An open and honest environment, where employees are valued for their interests, passion, and commitment.Individual growth and learning plan fitting your interests and benefiting both employee and employer.A dynamic and ever-growing organization where the sky actually is the limit.An attractive and complete remuneration package according to your competencies and experience.Your best day at work everBecome part of our success storyI-care, a global leader in predictive and prescriptive maintenance since 2004.
