As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend is an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost and commercial management and advisory across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.Due to continued growth in our Madrid office, our Project Management team in Madrid is looking to appoint an Junior Project Manager to work on exciting Real Estate Projects.Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projectsAssisting in the planning for the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issuesAssisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectMonitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicatorsTracking and documenting changesQualificationsDegree or its equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management or Related FieldConstruction consultancy experience strongly preferredUnderstanding of project life cycleKnowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally public sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent Spanish and EnglishAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
