Join to apply for the Test Engineer role at Atlas Copco GroupWe are looking for a person to join the Engineering Department of the Zaragoza Product Company as a Test Engineer specialized in energy storage systems (battery/inverter systems) .ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement test methods in accordance with standards and/or other requirements.Evaluate the accuracy of the measurements/values obtained according to the test procedure.Prepare technical proposals for tasks to be carried out in the prototype lab.Supervise the preparation, execution, and data collection of prototype tests.Analyze test results.Verify that prototypes comply with the specifications agreed upon in the project Master Specification.Technical Requirements For The PositionExperience in developing test methods, with at least 2 years of hands‑on testing experience.Experience in evaluating the accuracy of obtained results.Ability to interpret and apply standards.Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.Experience with statistical techniques.Knowledge of instrumentation and measuring equipment (hardware and software).Theoretical and/or practical knowledge in electricity, power electronics, cooling systems, batteries, inverters, solar chargers, PLC controllers, and HMI.High level of English (spoken and written).Advanced level of Microsoft Office.Required CompetencesAbility to work in a team.Good communication skills.Problem‑solving mindset.Proactive attitude.Ability to learn and adapt to a constantly evolving technological environment.Organizational and task management skills.Ability to plan tasks, identifying duration and resource needs.Work ethics requirementsYou are an Innovator, striving to create better solutions and ways, to challenge the status quo.You value high standards, always finding better ways and not compromising on quality.You are customer‑focused, and you embrace entrepreneurial thinking from identifying the customer needs to bringing the added value.You are resilient & agile, and you find opportunities in an ever‑changing environment.You are open‑minded & collaborative to accept new ideas, can learn from mistakes, willing to work in a team.You are result‑oriented, with “can do” attitude ready to go beyond the job description scope to find the best solution.You are passionate for making a better world, a true believer with full alignment on personal values.Uniting curious mindsBehind every innovative solution, there are people working together to transform the future.
