The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Spanish statutory requirements, end-to-end payroll configuration, and integration with SAP HR and time management modules. This role requires hands-on configuration skills, experience in international payroll environments, and strong stakeholder communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Payroll for SpainAnalyse business requirements and translate them into SAP payroll system solutionsEnsure compliance with Spanish, legal, and social security regulationsPerform payroll schema and rule configuration (PCRs, schemas, wage types, etc.)Support integration with Time Management, PA/OM, and Finance (FI/CO) modulesHandle payroll testing, data validation, and reconciliation activitiesLiaise with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and external vendorsSupport payroll year-end activities including reporting and auditsProvide documentation and knowledge
