Requirements Strong software engineering skills with experience in distributed systems and backend development in GoLang Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills Experience in integrating platforms to external IDP systems such as Auth0 and Okta; not a hard requirement, but it gives an advantage Experience developing k8s operators; not a hard requirement, but it gives an advantage Strong English skills, both verbal and written You must be physically in any of the European countries, GMT +0 to GMT +3Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team A proactive, problem‐solving mindset with a "yes, we can" attitude. Responsibilities AuthN – Powering seamless, secure login experiences across our platform through standards-based SSO and federated identity. AuthZ – Building and maintaining a robust internal RBAC system that gives precise, auditable access control to every action. Self‐Service SSO – Empowering customers to easily configure and manage their own SSO integrations with minimal friction. Cast AI Operator Management – Owning and operating the Cast AI Kubernetes Operator, ensuring our components run reliably and securely across customer clusters.
