Skilled in managing functional analysis activities. Strong ability to develop hypotheses build business cases (both quantitative and qualitative) and design potential solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and coordination capabilities with local teams and C-level management. Proven ability to build effective networks with local teams escalated issues to the team / C-level and ensure adoption of Group-defined guidelines. Experience in managing and coordinating vendors implementing local solutions while liaising with Group stakeholders for the deployment of core solutions (e.g. SAP ERP Zuora Billing). Solid functional and process knowledge of the tech / software industry. Experienced in managing workstreams in a consulting environment. Good command of English (spoken and written).
