The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis, be comfortable with technology / SaaS Business Intelligence Tools, and be motivated by the opportunity to develop new ways to ensure 100% data delivery & quality with minimal effort.Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Data Analyst within the Product team, the responsibilities include:Perform data analysis and prepare special reports for key clients, marketing, and sales to identify data-driven trends and understand what matters and why.Prepare excellent presentations and consultancy documents to be delivered to clients.Prioritize projects and manage the data reporting pipeline and delivery times.Execute, build, and maintain data projects using Python, Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio, and other data analysis tools like SPSS.Structure, organize, and maintain large volumes of information from different databases to efficiently deliver projects on time.Collaborate with product managers to develop new visualizations, CRM data analysis, and special data projects.QualificationsCandidates must be motivated, proactive, and responsible individuals with:A highly analytical mind.Advanced Excel skills.Advanced Python skills.Experience managing main Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio).Experience with advanced statistical methodologies and knowledge of Python.Desirable knowledge of managing data through MySQL and API connections.Results-oriented approach.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively to deliver tasks/projects.Desirable knowledge of the hotel sector and online reputation management.Excellent English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.Degree or ongoing studies in information technology, business administration, engineering, or mathematical sciences.Additional InformationExciting job within a creative environment with the opportunity to make a real impact.Grow your experience with web and cloud technologies in an innovative environment.Join a friendly, motivated, and multicultural team.Opportunities for growth and development within Shiji.Team-building activities and charity donation programs.Discounts on private health insurance, tickets, restaurants, transport, and kindergarten.#J-18808-Ljbffr
