We are looking for a Product Assurance (PA) Manager with demonstrable experience in ensuring the reliability and conformity of critical products used in space or defense programs. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and implement the Product Assurance (PA) Plans for each contract or project, in accordance with ECSS‑Q standards and customer requirements. Ensure the implementation of product assurance processes across all phases: design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery. Control the traceability of materials, components, and batches, verifying Certificates of Conformity (CoC) and managing FAI/FA (First Article Inspection/Approval). Review and approve relevant technical documentation (specifications, test procedures, test reports) to ensure contractual conformity. Identify, assess, and manage product risks (obsolescence, special processes, critical defects). Essential Requirements Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial), Physics, or a related technical field. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in Product Assurance (PA) or Quality Assurance (QA) roles within the space or defense sector. Expert knowledge and practical experience with ECSS standards (mandatory). Prior experience working on projects funded or governed by entities such as ESA or other European agencies and consortia. Experience in product assurance environments for critical hardware. Knowledge of quality management system standards such as ISO 9001 or EN 9100 is a plus. Ready to ensure the future?
