Job Title Programmatic & Full‑Funnel Media Manager Position Overview We are looking for a programmatic or retail media professional to plan, activate, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns across the full funnel. This role focuses exclusively on Amazon DSP and is ideal for professionals who want to specialize in Amazon Retail Media within a consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Build audience, format, and activation frameworks within Amazon Retail Media. Launch, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns across display, video, and CTV. Monitor pacing, reach, frequency, and performance. Apply test & learn and optimization methodologies. Translate data into clear recommendations for clients. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in programmatic media or retail media. Experience working with full‑funnel media strategies. Strong understanding of audience‑based planning and performance optimization. Background in e‑commerce, Amazon, or retail media environments. High level of English – mandatory. High level of Spanish – mandatory; both languages are required for daily client and internal communication. Specialization in Amazon Retail Media and Amazon DSP. Experience with international brands and complex full‑funnel strategies. Work Environment Remote work combined with in‑office collaboration periods. Strong team culture focused on learning, quality, and innovation.
