We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for our partner, a leading B2B luxury marketplace. Your Mission You will be part of the Fintech Product team focused on the lending vertical, enabling customers to purchase on credit. The team manages the entire financial stack for this credit facility, including payments, KYC & onboarding, risk assessment, and fraud monitoring. The Role: Customer Research Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to create a top-tier credit experience. Collaborate with the customer experience team to design seamless user journeys. Data Track key metrics and lead initiatives to improve performance. Enhance data tracking efficiency by instrumenting data and variables. Product Development Collaborate with business, design, marketing, research, engineering, and data teams to develop solutions that address customer pain points and drive revenue. Create detailed product documentation for business and engineering teams. Coordinate with international rating agencies and third-party partners for platform integrations and to refine the credit offering. Product Strategy Define the long-term vision and strategy for the credit stack aligned with company goals. Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to meet project objectives efficiently. What We Need You are a problem solver: capable of identifying user and business problems and using technology to solve them efficiently. Experience: Minimum 4 years in product management, with a strong background in credit and lending. Experience leading third-party integrations is essential. Financial understanding: Good grasp of financial metrics and reporting is preferable. Data-driven decision-making: Experience with SQL or similar query languages. Stakeholder management: Strong skills in managing stakeholders with clear, effective communication abilities to build trust and navigate complex projects.
