At Appodeal, we’re more than just a company—we’re a team united by a common mission: to help every person discover and grow their talents This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic ownership of our AdTech solutions for the mobile gaming unit. You will work closely with Monetization, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to drive measurable improvements in ARPDAU, retention, and overall monetization efficiency. The primary mission : leverage technology to grow game revenues and margins, while building an AdTech function that scales with our business. Route a measurable % of traffic through in-house systems. Ensure auction transparency and robust monitoring. Decrease dependency on single ad networks without harming LTV or retention. Expand direct integrations with Tier-1 networks and test new demand sources. Deliver actionable insights to game teams that lead to uplift in eCPMs. Partner with Monetization to align technical work with commercial goals. 7+ years in mobile AdTech, with hands-on engineering background (software development, system architecture). ~ Experience with first-party data utilization, audience segmentation, and privacy-compliant targeting. ~ Experience with SDK development and integration for mobile apps (iOS, Android). ~ Solid grasp of data pipelines, real-time analytics, and distributed systems. ~(nice-to-have) Strong coding skills in at least one backend language (Java, Go, C#, Python, etc.). ~ You will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory, leading efforts to scale our games to new heights.
