You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, designing solutions to deliver a resilient, compliant, and high‑performance SAP environment, and will contribute to global IT projects with our transformation to RISE with SAP S/4HANA . You will use your expertise to contribute to the team’s success within a large and complex SAP implementation, design and architect solutions to deliver resilient, compliant and performant SAP Landscape. Evolving current administration role into a more strategic role, coordinating collaboration among internal IT, business units, managed service, the hyperscaler, and SAP's managed operations to align IT strategy with business goals. Providing technical guidance in our journey to SAP RISE with S/4HANA Providing direction on transition to new model and administration role on SAP RISE Providing direction and overseeing all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operations. Collaborate and provide support to a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overseeing all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operation. Design and implement high‑performance technical solutions in SAP Basis/BTP. Maintain expert‑level knowledge in SAP Basis and BTP, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing system upgrades, installations and configurations. Administer and optimize SAP landscapes for performance, security and stability. Promptly troubleshoot and resolve SAP‑related issues, driving compliance with company policies through regular system audits. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP BTP administration. At least 1 year of proven experience in SAP RISE technical management. (Proven experience participating in SAP RISE migration project. (Deep‑rooted knowledge in SAP system administration, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA and SAP BTP.
