Overview Ryanair is recruiting for a CS Admin Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years. Responsibilities At Ryanair, our significant growth has led to more support and advice being sought from our Customer Service team. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic CS Admin Support Specialist to support the management, coordination, and processing of claims across several jurisdictions in the Ryanair network. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy Customer Service team at Europe’s number one airline in a fast-paced multicultural environment. The position will be based at our inner-city office in Madrid. Supporting the CS team handling EU261 & Montreal Convention claims and other consumer matters. Responsibility for responding to written correspondence in line with the Customer Service Department’s service levels and procedures. Understand and interpret claims and different kinds of correspondence. Working to weekly deadlines in a dynamic environment. Liaising with lawyers on a regular basis. Reporting and communicating to management on problems which arise and suggest solutions on how to overcome them. Keeping records, databases and systems maintained up to date and ensuring the timely
