Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to order management, order orchestration, fulfillment, and post‑purchase operations. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Analyze gaps between customer requirements and Salesforce Order Management System capabilities, recommending best‑fit solutions or customizations. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are understood and feasible within the Salesforce ecosystem. Support configuration activities within Salesforce OMS and validate functional alignment with business objectives. Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and managing defect resolution. Deliver training sessions and post‑implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of OMS solutions. Work closely with project managers, technical consultants, integration specialists, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Stay current with new Salesforce OMS features, industry trends, and order management best practices. Maintain clear documentation of processes, requirements, functional designs, and project communications. Requirements Hands‑on experience working with Salesforce Order Management System , ideally with exposure to integrations across OMS, e‑commerce, and fulfillment systems. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business , or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant , ideally within digital commerce or retail. Strong understanding of Order Management Systems , order lifecycle processes, fulfillment flows, reverse logistics, and retail operations. Strong plus: experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) . Excellent communication skills — ability to clearly articulate processes, requirements, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Fluency in English required. Strong analytical capabilities, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work in dynamic, client‑facing environments. Why Join OSF Digital?
