ERP Connectivity SpecialistJoin to apply for the ERP Connectivity Specialist role at Embat.Embat is one of the fastest growing startups in Europe, born in 2021 to design the best way for medium and large sized enterprises to plan their finances and monitor their cash flow in real time.Our mission is to build a SaaS product that leverages technology and excellent client experience to empower our clients to make the best business decisions by accessing the best financial information, 100x more efficiently than using Excel files.What we are looking for?We are looking for an ERP Connectivity Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of some of our ERP connectors, linking Embat with ERPs such as NetSuite, Business Central, or Dynamics.This role sits at the intersection of product, client support, and project management. You will ensure seamless integration of our ERP connectors, provide hands‑on support to clients, and collaborate with external development partners and internal cross‑functional teams. You’ll play a key role in making sure our connectors run smoothly, scale effectively, and bring measurable value to our clients.What will you do?Product ManagementOversee the full lifecycle of the ERP connectors: design, deployment, optimization and version control.Collaborate with external development partners to align business requirements and technical specifications.Provide guidance on ERP configurations and their impact on connectivity with Embat.Client Support and Incident ManagementAct as the primary contact for ERP connector‑related client support.Troubleshoot client‑reported issues, identify root causes, and resolve or elevate as needed.Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution.Requirements & Project ManagementCollect and define new requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.Translate requirements into clear project specifications and manage delivery with external partners.Coordinate testing and integration of new features.Define, monitor, and report key success metrics for ERP connectors.Identify opportunities for performance, reliability, and user experience improvements.Guarantee timely delivery of updates and enhancements.Provide technical expertise to sales teams during demos and pitches.Support client onboarding to ensure smooth ERP connector implementation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Engineering or related fields.2–4 years of experience in ERP consultancy or implementation projects (NetSuite, Business Central, Dynamics, or similar).Knowledge of ERP system configurations and basic accounting/finance concepts.Basic understanding of REST APIs.Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.Collaboration and teamwork skills, proactive and eager to learn.Fluency in Spanish and English.Nice to haveSAP TRM or other ERP treasury modules experience.What comes with working at Embat?A platform that allows you to reach your professional and personal goals.Competitive salary according to experience and responsibility.Hybrid working setup & flexible schedule.Latest tech of your choice to do impactful work.Private health insurance with Sanitas.Access to salary on demand, restaurant card, transport card, and kindergarten checks through Payflow.Career progression with twice‑yearly performance reviews.The opportunity to work hand‑in‑hand with our founders, who built their careers at J.P.
