To find out more about eero, please checkout eero.com.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the setup and configuration of the servers that power eero’s factoriesAct as the liaison between eero manufacturing and eero’s cloud in AWS, connecting the factory and cloud infrastructureWork closely with eero’s manufacturing team to diagnose and resolve any issues that arise in our factory operationsEnsure that factory servers are kept up‑to‑date with operating system updates and software patchesIdentify processes that require manual work and drive towards automated solutionsImplement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure that our factory lines stay up and runningLiaise with factories to resolve issues on the ground floorAbout the TeamThe Infrastructure Engineer at eero is responsible for all of the servers and software needed to manufacture new eero devices and operate existing ones in the cloud. We are looking for the candidate to work closely with eero’s manufacturing team and own the infrastructure on the ground floor of the factories. This role requires strong knowledge of administering Unix systems, as well as strong networking fundamentals to connect the factories to the cloud. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take significant ownership of some of eero’s most business‑critical processes, and ensure we can produce and deliver first‑class products to our customers.Basic QualificationsExperience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructureExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, RustExperience with Linux/UnixExperience with CI/CD pipelines build processesExperience with networking fundamentals including hands‑on experience with load balancers, switches, routers, etc.Preferred QualificationsExperience with distributed systems at scaleOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
