You will identify missing data points necessary for informed decision-making and propose research methodologies to address these gaps. Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders, you will create wireframes that capture core functionality and user flows, ensuring alignment with project goals. Additionally, you will facilitate a collaborative handoff process with developers, ensuring clear communication of design specifications for accurate implementation. Livo is a growing startup offering abundant opportunities for professional growth, including creating the design system and defining the design process methodology. Proven Experience : At least 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in startup or high-growth environments. A holistic understanding of how features connect and enhance the product, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision. User-Centered Design : Expertise in human-centered design practices to craft intuitive, functional, and delightful user experiences. Meticulous attention to detail while committed to delivering exceptional designs and maintaining the design system. Data-Driven Decision-Making : Familiarity with design metrics, user behavior analysis, and research insights to inform decisions. Research : Ability to design, lead, and synthesize research studies, validating concepts through usability testing and methodologies. Strong storytelling and communication skills to articulate design ideas, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Solid understanding of software and app development to enable seamless collaboration with developers and ensure well-organized handoffs. Proactive approach to analyzing and enhancing existing design workflows. Enthusiasm for collaboration and fostering an inclusive design culture.
