Support business process flows alignment and coordination Hands‑on experience configuring and implementing SAP GTS across all elements of the project lifecycle from sales through to early life support Support the business during transition and post go‑live activities Hands‑on systems experience Technical understanding of the module Ability to work with ABAP team to deliver custom development Completed at least two end‑to‑end project cycles with SAP GTS Driving SAP GTS Workshops Contribute to workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation of outputs including URS and IT requirements Meeting minutes writing expertise Provide input into the design of processes in the S/4 system based on fit‑gap analysis; create functional specifications, data objects and fields design, impact on roles, etc. Collaborate closely with the business team to document the requirements and with the development team Responsible for using Solution Manager and following CSV guidelines Responsible to define user stories, their acceptance criteria, and the definition of done Communication and Proactive Attitude Support liaising between cross streams Good presentation skills Ability to demonstrate SAP processes to wider audiences Agile knowledge, preferably SAFE agile certified. Candidate will be part of the agile team, participate in all ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand‑up, iteration demo and reviews, and program increment planning Requirements Substantial proven experience working in client‑facing consulting/contracting roles Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi‑country rollouts of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills; ability to influence C‑level stakeholders within client organizations. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting and communicating data and information for a range of audiences Project‑related mobility/willingness to travel We request that you submit your CV in English.
