AXA Partners recherche un Analyste conformité dévoué pour soutenir notre Fonction Conformité dans la mise en œuvre et le maintien de pratiques efficaces à travers toutes nos unités commerciales à l’échelle mondiale. Rejoignez-nous et contribuez à façonner l’avenir d’une assurance et d’une assistance responsables VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Participer au déploiement du plan conformité centralisé dans toutes les unités commerciales d’AXA Partners. Soutenir le développement d’une forte culture de conformité en assurant une présence active dans l’entreprise. Escalader rapidement et efficacement les problèmes nécessitant une validation ou une intervention. Intervenir sur des projets spéciaux liés à la conformité. Fournir un support quotidien en matière de conformité à toutes les unités et régions concernées. Contribuer à la préparation et à l’analyse des indicateurs de conformité. Promouvoir une équipe conformité unifiée AXA Partners à travers toutes les lignes de métier et zones géographiques. Réaliser des activités ad hoc en conformité avec les demandes du département central. VOTRE PROFIL Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans la conformité, l’audit, la gestion des risques ou dans une compagnie ou un groupe d’assurance réglementé. Bonne compréhension des produits d’assurance et des modèles de distribution. Connaissance du cadre réglementaire de l’assurance. Excellentes compétences en communication en #J-18808-Ljbffr
