Busquem un/aBusiness Travel Consultantper incorporar-se a una agència de viatges en ple creixement, per unir-se a l'equip de viatges corporatius aBarcelona. La persona seleccionada serà responsable de gestionar reserves i assessorament a clients empresarials, garantint un servei eficient, personalitzat i d’alta qualitat.Funcions principals:Gestió integral de viatges corporatius (vols, hotels, trens, lloguer de cotxes, etc.).Assessorament personalitzat als clients segons les seves polítiques de viatge.Emissió, modificació i reemissió de bitllets a través d’Amadeus.Resolució d’incidències i gestió de canvis d’última hora.Seguiment de reserves i control de qualitat del servei.Coordinació amb proveïdors i equips interns.Compliment dels estàndards de qualitat i procediments interns.RequisitsExperiència prèvia com a Business Travel Consultant o agent de viatges corporatius.Domini obligatori d’Amadeus.Català i castellà fluids (oral i escrit). Es valorarà l’anglès.Capacitat de treballar sota pressió i gestionar múltiples sol·licituds.Orientació al client i habilitats comunicatives.Persona organitzada, resolutiva i amb atenció al detall.Es valora:Experiència en agències de viatges corporatius.Coneixement de polítiques de viatge i gestió de comptes corporatius.Experiència amb altres eines GDS.OferimIncorporació a una empresa sòlida i en creixement.Bon ambient de treball i equip col·laboratiu.Condicions competitives segons experiència.Possibilitats de desenvolupament professional.
