That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our purchasing, invoicing, and logistics operations.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations by coordinating with suppliers, managing financial transactions, and streamlining logistics processes.This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across departments.Responsibilities:Purchasing :Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely availability of materials and products.Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.Monitor inventory levels.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.Place POS to vendor.Optimization of process within our system NS.Invoicing :Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely billing.Work closely with the finance team to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payments.Implement systems to track and resolve any discrepancies in billing or vendor payments.Maintain records of all financial transactions related to procurement and logistics.Review of backlog and being able to improve invoicing volumes as well as report to group.Logistics:Plan and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.Optimize transportation and distribution processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to streamline order fulfillment.Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for transportation and logistics.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Operations Manager has:A proven track record in the role (+5 years);A high level of English, both oral and written;An advanced level of Excel;Knowledge in the use of Netsuite (it will be considered a plus);Worded in international environmentsWHO IS EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for usWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
